Raw material and packing material purchase only from approved vendor with strict quality criteria.

Separate area for raw material. All incoming materials are initially received in stores and kept in a zone designated "Waiting for Inspection". After that verified by Q.C. department, that materials go for the process.

Process

• Dust Free plant and fully automatic remote control operation , without hand touch during the entire process.
• At every half hour, processed materials from plant is tested by Q.C. department, who instruct plant efficiency  to plant supervisor.
• All lots are checked before  packing.
• Strict code of conduct is followed by workmen & visitors.
• Pest control procedures available.
• Keep retention sample for each lot for 18 months. 
• Magnets & double-control sieving system for product packaging to ensure completely contamination-free finished products.
• Trace recall procedure followed for easy traceability of finished products.
• Modern water treatment plant for purified water.
• Physical separation of Process area and storage area. We have Raw material storage area and Finished good storage area is in different plant.
• Glass policy is defined. There is no glass material used in process area.
• Cleaning procedure of machinery, plant and workers strictly followed.
• Pest control is carried  by reputed international company.

 Laboratory  monitor the quality of raw materials, as well as semi-finished and finished products. These facilities are well-equipped to maintain quality standards across the globe and across industries.

Physical & Chemical Analysis: Guar Gum is analysed for

Microbiological Laboratory

Performs bacteriological process control & testing of food grade products. It is well equipped for all types of microbiological analyses and testing.

Packing and Container Service

Hicol Grade guar gum is packed by automatic bag packer, without hand touch, in multi ply valve type paper bag, the bags are then heat sealed for preserving quality of guar gum for a long time.

Transporters qualification for finished good transport.

Strategically located in Gujarat, Gandhinagar  district, our unit is supplied by a robust local market network. It produces more than 4,000 metric tons per annum of Guar gum products in different varieties and grades. We also have 1,500 metric tons warehousing capacity for our food and industrial grade products.

H.B.'s Guar Gum unit has its own in-house stuffing unit for directly loading into containers. We have the facility for packing in 450 kg. to 1,000 kg. jumbo bags. Packing can also be customised and branded according to customer requirements.
